Rural Outreach provides senior adults living in Colfax, Oak Ridge, Stokesdale, Summerfield and Southeastern Guilford County with a variety of programmed activities which support the independent living of seniors in their home communities. Each site meets monthly from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm and lunch is provided at no cost. Participants are required to make a reservation by Monday the week before the meeting in order to receive lunch.

Summerfield- 2 locations Summerfield First Baptist Church on the third Thursday of each month. The church address is 2300 Scalesville Road, Summerfield, NC 27358. Summerfield Senior Men Coffee & Conversation: This group meets the first Thursday of each month at Summerfield Community Center, 5404 Centerfield Road from 9:00 am - 10:30 am and the third Thursday of each month at Summerfield First Baptist, 2300 Scalesville Road, Summerfield NC 27358 from 9:00 am - 10:30 am. |
