Take a break in your day and join us for our Lunch Break Book Club! Whether you are caregiving or looking for a way to connect with others, together we will explore timely topics while engaging with fellow community members. Sponsored by Hospice of the Piedmont and Senior Resources of Guilford, the Book Club focuses on caregivers although anyone in the community is invited to participate.

Event Details

Join us on Thursday, May 9 as we begin exploring our next book selection, It’s OK that You’re Not OK: Meeting Grief & Loss in a Culture that Doesn’t Understand by Megan Devine (book details at the bottom of this page). The kickoff event will be a chance to meet other participants and take part in an introduction to the book.  The first 15 registrants will receive a free copy of the book at the kickoff event. The group will reconvene for a book discussion on Thursday, June 6. Attendance at the kickoff event is required to be part of the discussion.
